Hospitality Readiness

Hospitality Readiness provides cultural awareness and service readiness training for organizations that serve Tribal guests but do not engage Tribal Nations as clients or partners.

This training helps hospitality and service teams provide respectful, welcoming experiences by building practical understanding, awareness, and sensitivity—while avoiding assumptions or unintentional offense.
